Support Ring

The project brief required us to explore empathetic design approaches to develop holistic services that would instigate positive transformation in society. Students needed to use human-centred ideation approaches and design research methods to understand complexities involved in a given healthcare service and explore possibilities in tackling the design problem. My area of focus was mental health among the homeless population and how this can be improved by giving them the foundation to secure sustainable work and income.
